This project was a comprehensive revamp of the BBVA loyalty program mobile application. The goal was to transform the existing app into a more intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experience that aligned with the bank's evolving brand identity. This project involved a meticulous process that spanned several phases, each aimed at understanding user needs, incorporating stakeholder contributions, and delivering a polished experience that would enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Modernizing the app's interface and enhancing its functionality to make it simpler for users to access and acknowledge their rewards was the main purpose of the FrancésGO overhaul.
