FrancésGO Chatbot was a project that leveraged the then-emerging technology of Facebook Messenger chatbots to enhance customer engagement through conversational interactions. As chatbots were gaining popularity, the bank sought to capitalize on this trend by developing a user-friendly, conversational agent that could seamlessly connect clients with the rewards and benefits offered by the bank's loyalty program. My role in this project involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement a virtual agent that provided a frictionless, engaging user experience while maintaining the bank’s voice and tone.
The chatbot was designed to look for and prompt relevant benefits and perks to users based on their inquiries and other inputs, such as the user’s current location. The project aimed to enhance customer engagement, reduce friction in accessing information, and provide a modern, convenient solution that aligned with the evolving digital landscape.
